Animals have the right to live without being exploited, mistreated, or killed. For this reason, our founder decided to build a safe haven for those who otherwise would be abused, lost, and forgotten. Meet our wonderful family!

Stark

Stark is hard to miss with his coat of shiny, healthy red hair. At 3 years old, he is a healthy bull who enjoys grazing the fields.

Princesa

Meet our spunky Princesa! She's an enthusiastic mare who has lots of energy. You're likely to catch her zooming around the grassy fields or stealing a nibble of Abuela's lunch if she's distracted.

Bruno

Bruno (or Brunito as we call him when he looks at us like this) is a good boy with a heart of gold. He enjoys playing in the tall grass and showing workers and visitors around the farm.

Bambi

Bambi got his name from his innocent eyes and large ears, giving him such a sweet look. He is strong and even tempered, and loves getting head scratches.

Almendra

Our sweet Almendra! She comes from a rough backround, having spent a lot of time living on the streets and suffering from neglect. Today, however, her life has changed and she basks in the love every day.

Abuela

Our loved Abuela, who’s over 30 years old, arrived at our sanctuary tired, with matted hair and covered in ticks. It’s been a little over two years since she joined our sanctuary, and she has blossomed in that time. Although she still prefers solo time, she still keeps close to the pack.

Malcom

A little over two years old, Malcom is a curious fella who likes to enjoy the little things, like stopping and smelling the breeze on a warm sunny morning.

Batman

Three year old Batman charms with his giant, gentle presense and the beautiful pattern that decorates his face like a delicately painted mask.

Robin

Robin was only 3 months when he was rescued, he was very shy and still feared humans. It took a whole month of patience and love before he was comfortable enough to cuddle and receive affection. Now, he is curious and confident like his brothers!
